9. Nambe Trading Post


Are you looking for traditional, authentic Native American merchandise at a fair price? Santa Fe definitely has you covered, but the Nambe Trading Post in particular is a must visit. This historic shop sells only the finest hand-made materials and gifts from the locals that are truly spectacular. 8. Teca Tu


With a name like Teca Tu: A Pawsworthy Pet Emporium and Deli, we couldn’t keep it off our Top 10 Santa Fe shops! This adorable little pet heaven will have your pooch or feline covered in glam from head to toe. From Native American sweaters to delicious treats that will have them drooling all over your car, your animal companion will be happy you stopped. 7. Traveler’s Market

If you’re a traveler, you probably want to stop at this Top 10 Santa Fe market, for obvious reasons. This stunning array of booths feature 45 different local artists boasting everything from antiques to jewelry to books to textiles. A perfect spot to get gifts for the whole family (or just several more gifts for you, you deserve it!), this gem can keep you entertained for hours. 5. Spanish Market


Extra! Extra! Read all about it! This extra special historic market happens only once a year and what they sell will have you in awe. The Spanish Market features artists from the surrounding region presenting art forms dating back 400 years—now that’s historic! Museum and shop open daily from 10 AM – 5 PM, market held once per year in the Plaza (a Top 10 Santa Fe attraction) at the end of July.

4. Keshi


Fortunately this Top 10 Santa Fe shop has nothing to do with Ke$ha, the pop artist, it has something better -- one of the U.S.’s largest collections of Zuni fetishes! What is a Zuni fetish you ask? It’s an ancient carving of animals in stone (probably not what you thought, right?). One of 19 pueblo tribes, you won’t want to skip this gorgeous array of Zuni art. Another market?! That’s right folks, Santa Fe is a hotspot for fabulous outdoor markets due to the region’s rich artistic history.
